For psychotherapy consultations, we are committed to adhere to the ethical standards of the Singapore Association of Counselling. All sessions are strictly confidential unless the psychotherapist/counsellor assesses there is potential threat of harm towards self or others. ​At your first session, your psychotherapist/counsellor will go through the limits and exceptions to confidentiality with you in detail and you are welcomed to ask any questions that you may have. ​
